Great
Really like living here, good amenities. There’s construction but doesn’t bother me too much

Forward Looking Management
Formerly The Meridian, the building is now The Aura. You do have to deal with a lot of noise from the Amazon construction across the street, but the hours are 7am-9pm on weekdays, with some Saturdays, but it's not overly disruptive. The management is very helpful, the concierge is very congenial and the maintenance staff is always ready to help. They are undergoing a new renovation, but it will make the building seem really valuable. There is a Whole Foods across the street, which makes city living very easy. Finally, the management hosts virtual events and Thursday night food trucks which have made this pandemic more comfortable. The only downside is that you are in Arlington, which does make trips to DC seem slightly more daunting.
