Great for my price, but that price

I've lived in this building for three years. The location isn't fantastic for getting to school (it's 15 minutes to the green line, so it's 45 minutes to an hour in total to campus by train, but bus options are reliably a bit less), but it's great for general living. The management are incredibly helpful and the building itself is great for the price -- the finishes are mostly good and the floorplans are fine. Gym and rooftop space is great. There's enough street parking for a car. The caveat here is that I'm still paying a pandemic discount rate -- at $2500+ a month, it's less of a bargain.

I live in the smallest building of three within the complex, it's nice to have the amenities of a big building but only a few neighbors.
