Not bad of an experience
I would say the experience is average

Poor Maintenance Response
While the first year of stay here was good. The experience has deteriorated significantly. The maintenance requests take forever to get completed. In fact one of the recent maintenance requests has been open for over 2-3 months. The houses do come furnished, but are very far away from business school (20 mins by bus). The walls are very thin and hence there is a lot of noise from normal activities from roommates.

Apartment details
The management for the apartment has change. The old management managed the facility better than the company currently in charge

Good but quite far from School
It is fully furnished which means as an international student, you don't need to worry on front loaded expenses. Bus no 26 that runs every 6 mins is the best and the easiest way to commute to school. The apartments are great, the crowd is fairly diversified.
Only Con is that the apartment is around 6 miles from the CATA station so time to commute is more. Further, the property is away from the bars and hangout places (which are mostly on GR)

Moderate residency option
It is far from the campus. Management is good but kind of lazy.

Nice Place
The place is nice considering the rent and being fully furnished. But it is a bit far from campus so you almost lose an hour in traveling to and fro from campus . The management is helpful.

Value for Money
It is a good place considering the amount we pay. The room with attached bathroom is a value for money.

Please do not choose The Village/The Landings/The Club
The management is pathetic and they never co-operate for anything. They also add a lot of damage charges in the ned which is very very high. If you choose to stay here, be ready for the surprise.

Village
One thing good about living in the village is you will have a lot of neighbors from your class.
