The Village is ok
The apartment is quite spacious. You are living in a location with lots of other international students. There are perks such as free bus passes. However, the commute time between the apartment and school can be quite free, since the bus runs frequently in the morning, but hourly in the evenings. The management also faces numerous maintenance issues, which remain unresolved even after months of calling, messaging, and filing for maintenance requests. The vicinity can also be quite noisy given its proximity to other undergraduate students.

Affordable housing but subpar management
Very affordable but you get what you pay for. Management is very slow with maintenance requests.

Review for Chandler Crossings
They have nice apartments that can have updated appliances. I have had a good experience overall, but I won't be resigning my lease for various reasons. Very pet friendly, but some people do not clean up after their dogs. The management is not very responsive to maintenance issues, and the staff in the leasing office are not very professional. My washer was broken for a month, and I was considering withholding my rent in an escrow account, when they finally came to fix it. The walls are extremely thin. There is always trash on the ground outside. There is constantly a smell of weed.

Decent Apartment
Very basic apartment. You get what you pay for. All in all a decent experience. Appliances and furniture appear older than advertised

Decent
With the new management, the resolution of problems is very bad. We have outstanding complaints which are never resolved for more than 2-3 months, despite several emails and formal complaints on portals.

Management is not good
The apartment is good , but the management company is not. They are not cooperative and try to milk you for money

Not bad of an experience
I would say the experience is average
