Noca Lofts

Nice place that is brand new and quiet. Just a little overpriced.

Pros: brand new appliances and full sized kitchen. Easy parking. I have a car but there are several bus stops nearby. There is a restaurant next door which serves average bar food, but it has a nice patio. I feel safe, no one disturbs me late at night. Most nights it is very quiet. Easy commute to campus. Great space if you want to live alone. I see many pets here. Good and quick maintenance.

Cons: VERY thin walls, you can hear someone if they cough down the hall. Management is new. I sense there is a high turnover of management. Expensive and doesn't include any utilities or internet. No amenities.

I love noca lofts it is a great place to live. It is safe, clean and calm. Location is good, wish there were more amenities though, the gym membership is not included in the price and there is no elevator so moving in was a bit difficult. Other than that it is get utilities are not included in rent but are cheap because appliances are new. management is iffy they take long to respond but maintenance is good if you need it you just put a request in and it gets done. I also rarely ever hear my neighbors through the walls and no pests.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Noca Lofts. It’s about a 13 min drive from Radiology but I haven’t really minded it. It is very quiet so that’s great for studying. It comes fully furnished and has a washer/dryer in each unit. I really enjoy those perks and I feel it’ll make moving out a lot easier. Maintenance is awesome. They always answer my concerns within the day via their resident portal.

My only complaints are the walls and the snow. I live on the first floor and hear my upstairs neighbor walking around constantly. Also, during my first month living here, the tenants on the side of me were very loud and I heard every conversation. As of now, the people who live beside me don’t make a peep.
Own a shovel. They will not clear on the parking spaces in the winter but there’s always more than enough room to find a spot.

Overall, I really like this unit!
