Fountain Park Apartments

Fountain Park has been a great home to me for the 2 years during my graduate program. To be honest, the apartment complexes are quite old, but the management company is really great. Whenever I have a problem, they fix it day of.

Property management is highly responsive for any maintenance issues and organized many events for apartment community

Very nice apartment. Great management and neighbors. Safe and quiet. Only drawbacks are that there is no proper gym, it's not walking distance from the law school, and most utilities are not included.

Good location, quick maintenance resolution, decent savings on rent.

No in washer dryer in unit (external costs 4$ for every eashing and drying cycle), Very old houses, kinda dark, things do break down, it's later on the bus stops so buses often come full.

Good value for a student budget, very spacious unit
Amenities are okay, gym and laundry are in the same room which can be crowded and not super functional
Appliances are a bit outdated but otherwise functional
Management is very responsive, maintenance is addressed quickly
Planning to renew for next year!

Great apartment, incredible management

I live in a recently-renovated studio, which comes complete with an in-unit washer/dryer combo, a spacious closet, and lots of sunlight. I love spending time on my balcony to watch the sun set, study, or read a book. The apartment complex is quiet, private, and is located right on the bus line and an easy drive from IU campus. I also receive a small discount as a graduate student on my monthly rent. It's also nice to enjoy easy access to other graduate student communities in this part of town in the Woodbridge and City Flats on Tenth apartment complexes. The only downside is that I'm located a bit further from the downtown area and it's not within walking distance to many shops or restaurants.

This complex is good for students who are new at Bloomington, its very close to Kelley school (5 bus stops) and the bus stops are accessible and doesn't require much walking. The amenities of the apartment could be better, many of them are old.

It's been really nice living here. It's very close to the bus stop, maintenance is very prompt, and I have several classmates living here and the adjacent areas.
