Woodbridge

The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of trees and nature nearby. It has easy access to the mall and the nearby Kroger. Unfortunately, it is not in walking distance of the law school. The apartment unit itself is great for pets and one of the few complexes in Bloomington that let you have more than 1 pet. Gas stove and modern appliances.

It is good value for what it is worth. Most amenities were in great working condition and work well.

Close to classmates, but expensive

Woodbridge charges the same rent as most downtown apartments but does not have most of the amenities and is not in a walkable area. The 6 bus services it regularly on weekdays but on the weekends it is difficult to leave unless you uber. There is no benefit to Woodbridge apart from being in close proximity to other MBA students

Great place to live

We have been at the complex for a few months now and have really enjoyed it. The unit is nice, spacious, and has been well-kept. The facilities are very nice and the maintenance team has been helpful and responsive.
