Nice apartment. Terrible management

The apartment is clean and good couches, tables, desks, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. It is close to multiple bus stops, the public library, and the southeast end of Brigham Young University campus. The management company is terrible, though. They are very slow at responding to problems, and they charge ridiculous amounts for minor issues. Avoid Aspen Ridge Management if you can.
