It's been good enough!
For the most part, Legend Real Estate leaves you alone and it's a good place to live. The flooring is really old, but other than that things are mostly in good repair. Legend does some really stupid things sometimes, but since rent is so cheap, it's worth dealing with their nonsense.

Great place for married students
Pros
Inexpensive. Nice carpets and facilities. You aren't in some old dingy basement with uneven floors. Great ward. Plenty of space for 2. Right next to the Ryde and UVX line.
Cons
There are bike thieves. Don't leave your bike or car unlocked.
The laundry is in a separate building. 5 second walk.
