Plush, neat ,new apartment!
My experience at Tribeca is really good. It is relatively new building and you get to see the apt like a new house! All the Amenities were good. It is a very safe and secure here. I totally recommend moving here if this falls within your housing budget.
$$
1. The apt rent is $2000/month which includes water, sewer, trash, WiFi, pest.
( Electricity is seperate)
2. Electricity ~ $120-$150/month ( depends)
3. Groceries (for Indians) ~$300-400/month for 2 persons
4. Overall- $ 1500-$1600/month ( for 1 person)

Nice building but has some kinks to work out
I really like the units at Tribeca. It's pretty well updated and I think the layouts for one bedrooms are pretty large. The big unit warning I have is that the walls are somewhat thin and the internet can be hit or miss somethings. If you have a good relationship with your neighbors, noise is a manageable issue (or set your fan to run as background noise). At the peak of Covid, I did use my phone hotspot for a few days to attend class (issues are more rare now that people are back to in-person work/school). I have friends in the building who have had issues with management (I personally have not had any issues) that contributed to them moving elsewhere (ex. negative attitude, challenges in getting answers from management, etc.).

Tribecca- Central West End
I chose to live here because other older law students lived here when I moved in. The large windows are great for natural light for studying and there are plenty of overhead lights for nighttime studying. The building is also new and in nice condition. My main complaint is that the noise level in the building and on the street has increased over the last two years and the walls and windows are super thin. Packages are also often stolen. Parking spaces are additional costs per month, but safe underground parking.

Nice Apartment, Mixed Management
The apartments are really nice and has a newer design. Management has been a bit challenging because a new group recently took over. I'd say it's a good place to live but definitely know you need to be a bit more forceful with standing up for yourself. Also the building all shares wifi so it can be patchy at times. I ended up using a personal hotspot but that was also while pretty much everyone was working/going to school from home.
