Apartment is just ok, but there is no management
Try to avoid this apartment if you can. The moment you signed the contract, they disappear. Apartment is okay and close to campus, but don't expect any management or service from this place.

Billing issues
I have been overcharged for a few things in my apartment. My power has been having issues for a few months and I was overcharged for a couple of months. This issue was brought to management, but they have been really slow to do anything about it.

Aurum/ Darby Row
The overall experience of this apartment is good. The location, price and room space is satisfied. But the sound insulation is poor and apartment management is loose.

A Good Choice to Live in
The property manager Jeff always responds quickly. He also helped us with some maintenance issues.

Review
Management is very nice. Very accommodating if you have any issues. Hallways and stairwells need to be cleaned, but my apartment is clean. No elevators.

Affordable and large apartment
The apartment overall is good, reasonable price, nice facilities and smooth communication with the management office. Parking is free and always easy to find a spot. The down side is that it's annoying if you live close to the street, or if you have a neighbor upstairs walking really heavily.

Happily here
Overall, the apartment has worked out great. Relatively modern construction. Appliances and hallways are good (and responses on maintenance tickets are super). Washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Electric stove. Thermostat in unit. (In case you haven't guessed, I came from an NYC shoebox before this.) The walk to the edge of the ND campus is about 10 minutes, and the public bus can cover that in ~2 minutes. Some of the floorplan choices are a little odd but not problematic (closet is off of the bathroom, washer and dryer are effectively in the bathroom, some cabinets are difficult but not impossible to reach). Kitchen and living room space are separated by a counter rather than a wall, so the space feels pretty roomy. Bedroom easily fits a queen. I live on the top/third floor (no elevator) - perhaps because of that noise from the parking lot or neighbors are as good as I can expect for an apartment building. There is a package room for the building's deliveries that is sometimes disorganized (lots of people ordering stuff amid the pandemic). From what I hear, I could find something cheaper renting part of a house or at Fisher or elsewhere, but I like the set-up here.

Comfortable
Pros: spacious apartment; convenient parking lot; each bedroom has personal full bathroom; about 10 minute walk to front of campus; reasonable price; ;laundry/washing machine in unit
Cons: some of the fixtures/appliances are cheap quality; car got broken into 2/3 times when I forgot to lock my door; poor communication from management

Good Town Homes Walkable to Campus
These town homes are a really affordable option close to campus. They are about a mile away from campus which makes walking or biking to school easy. The property itself is very nice and spacious. Every person has their own room and bathroom. It comes with a desk and a mattress so you don't have to worry about that. The common level also has a ton of space and has a great kitchen. It comes furnished so couches and chairs are already in the common area as well as a TV. Everything looks modern and clean, and parking is free!
The only down side is the management is pretty bad. It is hard to get in touch with them to fix any problems. You have to reach out multiple times to make sure things are solved. Also they are irregular about getting you to pay amenities. Sometimes you aren't charged for a particular month, other times you are charged for multiple months. That is pretty frustrating.
TLDR: the space itself is one of the best in the vicinity. It is affordable and right where you want to be in town. Downside: bad management.
