Nice building, but beware of HOA rules!
The building itself is super nice and the amenities are top notch. However, there are certain downsides to living here, including the fact that you share a space with an HOA. Thus, the HOA rules etc are applied both to you and to the HOA owners. The pool does not usually get too full, but on weekends and during the summer it is pretty small for being shared between two high-rise buildings. No issues with rodents or anything (it is super new). However, you do get quite a few people living in the building who do not care about how they treat the place (allowing dogs to pee in elevator etc) but management is super quick to fix that. However, they never answer emails. You can send 10 emails and barely get an answer two months later - often answering only one portion of your email.

Post-Lockdown Apartment
I don't come to campus very much when I stack my classes on certain days, I was hesitant to get this apartment although it is nice as well as cheap. I live in the OC area and could commute if I wanted. Because it's in a high-rise with a fob key needed to get to any of the floors or parking, it's very secure.
