It serves its purpose
The apartment walls are not noise-friendly, you can hear the neighbor's shower and people's conversation outside your door. But ninety percent of the time the complex is very quiet and the staff is helpful. However, don't plan on taking baths because the water heater will not supply enough hot water to fill a tub. Overall, the Willows serves its purpose.

Review of The Willows
I have enjoyed my apartment complex. It is located in West Knoxville and very close to the mall, restaurants, and plenty of places to go and do things. Management has been great to deal with. My bathtub was not sealed correctly when they remodeled the unit and started peeling paint. I put in a request with maintenance, who immediately came out and schedule a time to come back and reseal it when I go home for Christmas. My neighbors are incredibly friendly as well.

Great place to live from a young professionals POV
The new management is absolutely wonderful and attentive. The facilities are being renovated and redone. it has been great to find a place so full of caring residents and staff. It’s so nice to feel apart of a small community.

An Okay Place to Live
This is a very pet friendly apartment complex, but other residents are very bad about not picking up after their pets outside. Additionally, the management is not very transparent with residents, and they never notify us when packages are delivered to the front office. A variety of people live here, from families to college students, but the college students who live above me are very loud and the walls are thin. I have also had some issues with cockroaches being both inside and outside of my apartment. While there is a gate, it seems as though people who do not live at the apartment are constantly coming in and out.
A positive, though, is that it is very close to lots of restaurants and stores, so that makes it a very convenient location. It is also only about 15 minutes from UT's campus, so that is also a positive.
