Great bang for your buck
The complex and apartment are pretty nice! It is kept up well and the amenities are nice. As a female living alone the area can feel a little unsafe at times but I have not had any issues and feel generally safe.

Nice apartment w/ terrible management
Five minutes from med school campus. Far from anything fun. My apartment itself is actually really nice. Plenty of space, large walk-in closet, large walk-in pantry, island in the kitchen, washer and dryer already there. Most buildings have an elevator, except for one. Energy bill is pretty low. The actual halls of my building are gross and smell. Management is not so great. They've been very passive aggressive at times. I took 3 calls to the front office for them to get my A/C fixed as I was moving in. The pool was closed for month during the summer, and they were in no rush to get it fixed. I accidentally backed my car into a reserved spot and my car was towed 30 minutes away almost all the way to Camden. They didn't even try to call me first. Exorbitant $420 towing fee.

It hasn't been too bad, maintenance is fast and rooms are pretty nice and spacious. Some of the leasing office staff haven't been very helpful, but overall pretty good. It is also very close to everything which is very convenient. Many medical students also live here.

Was great, going downhill
This is my second year living in this apartment and my last. The first year wasn't awful but I noticed several patterns that have been repeated. First of all, the gym almost always has broken AC and more recently, the few pieces of equipment that are there have been broken for months. The gym also has absolutely no internet or wifi. As soon as you walk in, its as if your phone is in a cement block. I have made management aware, but per usual, they claim it will be fixed and never is. Additionally, the pool is closed more than its open and frequently appears green. Also, earlier this fall, my AC broke and they acted like it was a hassle to put a mobile AC unit in my apartment after 3 days without it, in AUGUST. It took an entire week for them to obtain a coil to fix my unit, and when questioned about it, they said they had two weeks to fix it. Also, more recently this year, people hang out in the parking lot and randomly knock on exterior doors. I had to get myself a ring doorbell, and a few of my neighbors did too simply because we do not feel safe there anymore. Some of the exterior doors to the units are broken too, allowing strangers and intruders into buildings and jeopardizing our safety as residents. Management also removed the security cameras from outside months ago, with no idea about when the new cameras will be installed. Inside the apartment, the living area itself is very dark, while the bedrooms are insanely light. The space isn't bad- it's relatively new and has granite countertops. However, it severely lacks storage and requires some creative solutions.

Not a bad apartment complex at all. The actually apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. Maintenance is very prompt. Feel relatively safe being a female that lives there. Lots of families and older people as well as younger people. Commute to school is perfect. Actual hallways are not great and the locks on the outside doors don't seem to work ever. Some annoying utility charges but all in all been a great experience and will probably renew my lease.

Everything about my apartment experience has been great except the response time for maintenance. Like any rental property, it can be a pain to get problems fixed but besides that, the maintenance is super responsive and truly cares about its residents. Super pet friendly area with friendly neighbors. Apartment was in impeccable shape when I moved in and residence is usually quite (my upstairs neighbor can have heavy feet sometimes!).

Lots of Storage, Close to SOM
This is a great apartment for M1/M2 years! It is very close to the medical school so a lot of students choose to live here. There is a mixture of medical students and families at this apartment complex. Trash is picked up at your apartment door on week nights. The unit has a large pantry and large walk-in closets so there is plenty of great storage space. Close to lots of stores as well. Restaurants/bars are a little bit further away, and so is the hospital so we will be moving for M3/M4 years.

Nice Property With Some Slight Annoyances
Overall, living at Creekside at Greenlawn is a good experience. The property was constructed in 2016. It has good amenities, key fobs to get into your building, and a call box for buzzing in delivery drivers and guests. Parking is free, though some buildings have less parking than others. There are security cameras installed throughout the parking lot. There are two convenient entrances both provide convenient access to campus via Garners Ferry Road or Atlas Road.
I would only take points away for the occasional lack of communication from the management team and the high number of unit entries. It is difficult to get in touch with the leasing office at times. Additionally, they have to enter the apartment often more than twice a month for various renovation projects. While I appreciate these, you never know for sure when they are coming and it can be an annoyance if you plan to study or work from home.
You also have to coordinate your own deliveries. There is no predictability as to whether the courier will be able to use the call box or obtain a key fob from the office.
