Creekside at Greenlawn

I love living at Creekside! The apartments are very new and updated. The pool and gym are both nice. Management is awesome and responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours. The location is awesome- I am very close to the School of Medicine and there are also many restaurants and stores close by. I also love the fact that we have key fobs to get into the building- I always feel very safe.

I have had an, overall, great experience at creekside. I really like that it is one of the more cleaner places in the area and very close to the school. The rent is a little on the pricier side compared to others but it includes a lot of the utilities I would have to pay separately for elsewhere!

Great housing

The best part of this apartment is the actual space. I have a huge walk in closet, walk in pantry, bathroom closet, and over laundry storage. The bedroom and living area are great sizes and the kitchen is updated. I also love the little patio. I also love that it is a smoke free property! I also feel safe as a young, female living alone due to the fobs needed to get into each building.

The first year I lived here I had very quiet neighbors, but this year I can hear them through the walls, floor, and vents- so it is probably luck of the draw on that problem. My apartment is facing Greenlawn Dr on the third floor and that is probably the noisiest part- cars driving by are loud during the day and at night, so I would suggest getting a unit in another building or different side.

The management is great; there is always someone in the building during office hours, and they are helpful and kind. Maintenance responds quickly (usually within 24 hours) to any issues.

The location is great for the medical school- but part of me does wish that I had been able to find a place halfway between the medical school and hospital. Lots of other medical students live here though, so that was nice.

Close to the school, so good for the first 2 years. Staff is great, apartment is nice and safe. Best for your money.

Creekside has very nice apartments. Up to date appliances, washer and dryer included in the room, valet trash pick up, small gym on the lot, swimming pool, and a dog park. Pet friendly place. Maintenance staff handles problems quickly and efficiently. Apartment staff are welcoming and helpful if a problem arises.
