Nice studio layout on the backside of garage. Quality in-unit washer dryer. Spacious walk-in shower. Balcony and lots of natural light. Very close to USC SoM.

Tiny closet space. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's footsteps sometimes but otherwise it's quiet.

Updated complex with good amenities in a safe area of town, but the management here is terrible and combative and doesn’t solve issues. Have had recurrent issues with sound/nuisance animals and have had to call the police twice- management refuses to do anything and will not respond.

This is my second apartment complex that I've lived in since starting medical school and I absolutely love it. The management is amazing and will help with any and all issues. I feel very safe and comfortable here. There are a lot of things to do right around the complex and it's about 10-15 minutes from school and the hospital.

Great amenities and a fairly new building. It is not ideal for dogs because it can be a far walk to get outside and is slightly expensive. Overall, I am very happy with the staff and maintenance, though. Requires key access so I feel very safe within the building and there is a covered parking garage.

I love the complex itself, it has a gym, pool, dog park, parking, clubhouse, coffee stations. My unit in particular is loud because it’s right next to where the parking garage entrance is and where the dumpsters get unloaded at 6 am. The shopping center right at my complex is super nice, and there’s a Trader Joe’s across the street and Lowe’s Foods next door!

Lots in walking distance, very convenient for students. Groceries, pharmacy, gym, restaurants all in walking distance but quietly located in the suburbs. Cannot recommend more - we will be here for all 4 years.

I love the cardinal. The amenities are amazing and community is quiet and nice. It is central to four different grocery stores within walking distance. It is 2 miles from downtown

The cardinal is great. I moved here for 3rd year and have really enjoyed it. It is about a 12 minute drive to the hospital and about the same time to the med school.

As a medical student, time is everything. Having groceries, pharmacy, and any amenity you could ever want within walking distance (or even within the building itself) has been a game changer. There are many places on the property to study, relax, socialize. It is a short 10-15 min drive to USC Medical and Main campuses. The gym here is also all that you could ever hope for in an apartment complex. Great environment for young professionals.

More expensive but worth it for quality and being 10 minutes from prisma
