Great apt
Clean, safe, modern and very nice. Great area with a lot of restaurants and a park. Only downside is 11-15min drive to class

Great Spot to Live
Great location, walking distance to several restaurants. Decent gym, outdoor pool, Sun King Brewery on the first floor. Farmers market every Sunday from March to October. Not an extended campus frat house like the Foundry. Approximately 13 min drive to campus. Great place for older/married students.

Good if you have a car
The Mill has a lot of amenities and is a newer building. It’s very comfortable and pet friendly. However, only live here if you have a car as it’s not very walkable/easy to get to campus.
