Living at this complex has certainly had its up and downs, the best features include a spacious apartment that is relatively clean and residents of all kinds providing a warm atmosphere, also the location is very convenient and certainly the best thing about living here. The worst features include management seem reluctant to fix issues, such as broken elevators, stairwell cracks, and working 3-4 days a week so no physical interactions take place with them. Also the pricing heavily fluctuated regarding rent and parking is another issue where towing is not enforced, but the lot is frequently occupied with cars that don't have parking passes.
