Review of 817 Arch
It's good! Little dingy, but good for the price point. Walls are thing which is annoying though. Very close to Ross building which is nice

Small Building Close to Ross
The main benefit of living at 817 Arch street is that it is close to Ross, which is very convenient.
The other advantage is that the bathroom has a double vanity, so you and your roommate have your own sink, mirror, cabinets, etc.
The building / apartment itself is slightly old, but perfectly fine. And it is nice to live in a building with only 6 units.

Cheap & close to Ross
817 Arch Street is not the most luxurious building. It doesn’t have the most amenities, but it is affordable and most importantly close to Ross. Given the amount of time I spend on campus, the proximity to the building outweighs everything else for me.

Great Place
It's great! Cabrio is responsive to issues, and it's super close to the Law School. It's also on a mellow street, which is nice. Storage is sometimes a minor issue, but overall it's been a good experience.

Close, pet-friendly housing
This building has decent sized apartments that are pet friendly. Super close to campus (5 min walk), the bus, and the big house. Slightly on the expensive side given the quality of the apartment (bathroom fixtures are on the older side, carpeting is clean but on the older side as well), but the rooms are moderately sized and the kitchen is slightly updated with a new dishwasher, stove, and microwave.
