Not terrible, Cabrio's not perfect but they are responsive
Rent is high, especially considering the lack of utilities covered and the use of coin laundry machines. Cabrio definitely did not steam-clean the carpets before I arrived, and they seem to have a reputation for keeping security deposits on pretextual grounds. Then again, who doesn't? Specific to my unit, it has no ventilation and the kitchen is very poorly insulated.
Location is awesome, conditions livable.
