Nielsen Condos
This apartment is lovely. It is very spacious, allows in great natural light, and is in great walking distance from the hospital/med school (5-7 minutes). It is in a safe and residential area, surrounded by other graduate students. The only downside is that it is not in the midst of Kerrytown or downtown Ann Arbor if you are looking to living within a more lively area or walking distance from the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

1051 Maiden Ln
Nielsen condos are in close proximity to the University Hospital. It comprises the second and third levels and has ample lighting in living spaces since it is the corner unit (other units don't get as much natural light). Kitchen is very spacious, there is a fireplace in the living room, and bedrooms are all of similar size. The condo offers a stacked two car garage and one parking spot in the lot surrounding the condos, I would say that the only negative to the property is that if each roomate has a car you have to purchase an additional parking space from somewhere in the area. Our realtor, handyman, and landlords have been easy to work with and very responsive.
