Good house, great landlord
Jane is an awesome landlord. She’s very prompt with sending her repair man out for any repair in the house, and kept the house updated without us even needing to request anything (ie replacing ancient windows with new, more insulated ones.) She also is great in an emergency - over spring break my wallet was stolen and I needed someone to go into my locked house and get my passport for me, and Jane was available the very next day to let a friend in.
