Kerrytown/Old Fourth Ward Apt
Apt in two-unit house. Pretty small with one bathroom, but great location with a 5 min walk to Taubman & 10 min walk to Downtown/Kerrytown market. Street parking.

Amazing location (5 min mostly indoor walk to Taubman) and large bedrooms. Downside - one bathroom, small kitchen/living room.

Great 4 bed apt very near medical campus!
Great 4 bed 1 bath in Kerrytown near the medical campus and walkable to all of downtown. Location is amazing especially for the price. Hard to share 1 bathroom and 1 fridge with 4 people, but very doable. Good storage and good sized bedrooms!

Close to school!
Super close to school, with pretty responsive management company. Short walk to downtown as well. Never had an issue with 4 girls and the one bathroom. Parking not included, but fairly easy to park on the street with a $50/yr permit. Some areas of apt can get a little cold in the winter but bedrooms always fine. Window unit air conditioning.

Kerrytown Living
I love living in Kerrytown! It is the absolute best location for a medical student in Ann Arbor. I can walk to downtown and to anywhere in the hospital in under 20 minutes. I can also walk to the Arb and other recreational areas on campus. I love how calm the neighborhood is compared to other student areas in Ann Arbor and more and more of my fellow med students have moved to Kerrytown as we have continued to progress through medical school.
