The good: I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and get a decent value for the amount of space I have. Close to Ross.

The bad: The landlord does absolutely nothing to make the property acceptable. She does not respond to requests for repairs. The walls and doors were covered in black marks/scratches that any normal landlord would paint over before renting to a new tenant. I painted the damaged walls myself rather than wait for the landlord to repair it. The house has dated wiring, so it is easy to blow a fuse. The apartment comes furnished, but the beds are not in great shape. The landlord puts in the absolute bare minimum effort in every aspect. The neighborhood is undergrad central, which doesn't bother me too much, but it is loud at night and during gamedays.

Dealing with this landlord is not worth your trouble.

Let's start with the positive, it's only a 5-minute walk to Ross. Now for the rest... This apartment is located on a notorious undergrad party street. They really go after it. The apartment itself is fine but on the small side for two people. The bedrooms are a good size but the common space (kitchen that bleeds into a pseudo living room) is small. The apartment comes furnished but fair warning its not the highest of quality. The main reason to stay away from this apartment is the management company. They will take money from you however they can. Multiple lawsuits have been filed and won against this company because of this. It's better to find somewhere else if you can avoid it.
