Great 3-bedroom apartment
I've really enjoyed this apartment. Super affordable and spacious, lots of character, responsive landlord. Only qualms are lack of a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer, and issues with kitchen appliances blowing the fuse, but I'm willing to deal with them for this rent.

Good experience overall
Our experience with the apartment has been good overall. The landlord lives right in the building so he is very responsive to concerns. We had some trouble getting our apartment warm enough (heat is shared throughout the building and tenants don't have control) but he came back several times and brought in his handyman to get it right.

Apartment complex at Coventry
Great location, near Coventry area with lots of shops and restaurants for eating in and take-out. Very good value for the apartment, very spacious. It is an old building, so floors do creak and you can hear upstairs neighbors sometimes. Can get a little loud on the weekends since Coventry's bars are popular and the windows are not sound-proof in the slightest.

Great value
In general, this is a great condo building that is very affordable for the amount of living space. Most units are 2-3 bedrooms, with full living rooms, dining rooms, sunrooms/offices, and kitchens. Many have fireplaces (I don't know if they work!). The building is very conveniently located 5 mins from CWRU campus by car (or bike), or 20 mins if walking; there is also a shuttle to and from campus that picks up right outside the building. It is just around the corner from Coventry road, where there is substantial dining, grocery, coffee shops, music, etc. Building is pet friendly - dogs and cats are welcome for a minimal deposit.
The only downsides: maintenance needs are often overlooked until someone mentions them. The proximity to Coventry road means that occasionally, drunk bar-goers might wake you up on a Saturday night if they're being rowdy while walking home from the bars. I've lived there three years, and this has happened perhaps 4-5 times. The building managers are nice, but they are bare-bones. That said, everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay is taken care of. Just don't expect a lot of excess. This is probably why their prices are so reasonable. Generally, a 3 bedroom unit goes for $1200 or so not including utilities and parking.

Spacious apartment in a great location
I've loved living at the Dwyer. The landlord is great and responsive to any issues we have. It's a small building and everyone that lives here is respectful. Parking is nearby and you have the option of getting covered parking. This apartment is a 3 min walk to Coventry Village and a there is a CWRU shuttle stop 1 min away which is extremely convenient. Overall, living here is a great value for a nice antique apartment with character.
