Lots of windows and natural light, lots of space too - we have an extra back room and a storage closet. Kitchen is spacious and has an island. Washer-dryer included and some parking available but not included in rent. Management is friendly but hard to get a hold of and maintenance is really, really slow.

This place has a ton of room for the price, and there is in-house washer and drier, central AC and heat, and covered parking available. Great location in Cedar Fairmount, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and is safe. However, the utilities are very expensive because of poor insulation and the size of the place. All of the floors are crooked/sinking, and it is not in any way sound-proof.

Pros:
- huge amount of space for 2 people
- great location: 15 minute walk to school, 3 minute walk to the CWRU bus, 3 minute walk to Starbucks/Cedar Fairmont
- big kitchen, good sunlight
- in unit washer/dryer

Cons:
- it's a pretty old house with poor insulation, so it gets cold in the winter
- walls are pretty thin and can hear neighbors all the time
- the landlord is decently responsive but it takes a few tries to reach them and get something fixed
- really old washer/dryer
- circuits get blown frequently

The location of this apartment is really nice - it's right by Cedar Rd so it's walking distance from Dave's and the restaurants on the street. Many other students also live in this area so it's nice being able to walk from place to place. School is about a 15-20 minute walk.

When I moved into the apartment, however, management did not have it cleaned. It took them a weekend to clean up the apartment. I noticed a couple of things that were broken/needed some sprucing up but management did not address these issues when I sent emails and text messages. This was one of the main issues that I've had with management. Otherwise, they are relatively quick to respond to issues in the apartment such as a house fly issue that we had - they had pest control come in the very next day and spray around the apartment.

In terms of the actual apartment itself, it's very spacious but also very old meaning thin walls (you can hear the neighbors) and squeaky floors. The kitchen is pretty big and the bonus is that there are two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in unit. During the winter it can get a bit chilly in the living room just because of how old the building is and therefore the lack of insulation. We do have access to our own thermostat though.

Finally, they do provide covered parking and often plow the parking area when it snows and remove any leaves and debris during the fall.

The apartment is very spacious with central AC, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a washer/dryer in the apartment. The apartment is old and a bit rundown, and we have had problems with wifi working across the whole apartment even with a wifi extender. Also there is no Verizon service in the apartment. Occasionally the apartment does smell like marijuana from the neighbors, it is unclear if management is handling the issue.
