Great bargain w/ all the minimum amenities
Landlord is very responsive, owns several homes and duplexes in the Cleveland Heights area, and is familiar with renting to graduate students. It's walking distance to CWRU SOM and has in-unit washer/dryer as well as driveway parking. Plenty of space for 4 roommates to share.

Cleveland Heights House Near Campus
Nothing but excellent interactions with landlord (who actually has the other, separate, half of the house). Quick to respond and very easygoing. Property is cheap, convenient, and nice enough. Not spectacular, but more than enough for a place during medical school with a couple roommates.
