Quiet place, clean and spacious
The apartment is in a relatively old house, but very spacious and clean. The environment here is much quieter than collegetown area. The management is pretty friendly and helpful (we had a pest problem and they took care of it immediately). The heater is not particularly strong, but so far I'm still surviving well.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient
The property manager is on top of any issues that arise within the building. The place is clean and I’ve had no issues with the quality of the fixtures. The apartment is within walking distance to school. My only complaint is walking up the hill that is E Buffalo St. every day.
