I love the location. It's very convenient for students - close to so many businesses in Sellwood and New Seasons grocery store. Our bedroom doesn't have a window- only downside of the space. Also, not a lot of storage. Great management and if you are living with a partner- it's $647.50 per person to split rent, which is absolutely reasonable.
