The apartment was clean and all appliances were in working order when I moved in. Although pricey, it has a higher-end feel. My favorite part about it is its location in walking distance to school, restaurants, farmers market, B-line trail, etc.

I like that the external door has a code entry and that trash disposal/mail is within the building. The front door of each apartment has a key entry. Wi-fi is included but you must supply your own router. The building is relatively quiet (mostly graduate students or professionals). There is also an in-unit washer/dryer.

Management is usually responsive to questions and maintenance concerns. They are reachable by phone and text.

Parking is not included. There is a garage under the building and a lot outside that you can add to your lease. However, there are not enough spots available for all tenants. I had to purchase parking elsewhere nearby.

The apartments share rooftop access, but not many other amenities like a pool, gym, etc.

The apartment has nice new finishes and is comfortable for two people. I enjoy being close enough to bike to class, and we can walk to Kirkwood/downtown for dinner and shopping. We are in direct contact with the landlord, who is helpful and responsive. Neighbors have been generally quiet and we have not had any noise issues. Fair warning, if you live on the alley end of the building, a trash truck comes 4 days a week between 5:30 & 6:30 AM.

Great Place

Within walking distance of Courthouse Square, Kirkwood, bars/restaurants and lots more. Lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with lots of natural light and a great value.

while this building is expensive, it is worth it on some levels. the appliances in the kitchen are nice and the finishes are high end. the building is quiet and clean. it’s across the street from the BEST coffee and pastry shop, two sticks bakery.

the property management company can be a bit flighty and you do end up having to pay for water and any remote level of damage beyond the SLIGHTEST wear and tear when you move out so just be aware of that.

I like that it has an elevator and the camera that lets me see people before I buzz them in. I wish there was a gym and included parking.
