Second year with 24Eleven

Love the property management and location of the building, and the rent makes it a pretty great value to live here. This is the second year I've noticed my upstairs neighbors seem to be very heavy-footed, not sure if it's just how the building is or if the people above me are less gentle than last year.
Additionally, I live in a different unit this year, and there is some construction outside the window with a crane beeping constantly in the beginning of the day (it is within the 24Eleven metal fence by the parking garage). It's bearable, but I would hope that this was taken into account when the amount of rent was calculated under the lease if activity right by the unit is part of a long-term project.

Good Experience

I've lived here for two and a half years and have really enjoyed it. It is slightly less expensive than other comparable properties in the area. However, it's worth noting that the price varies considerably depending on what time of year you move in. If you're moving in mid-summer, you will definitely be paying the highest price in the complex.
