Comfortable and Secure
This apartment is perfect. It is spacious, it’s quiet, and it’s secure. I love all of the amenities. The commute to campus is quick, and you can even walk there if you have the time. I have never had any noise issues and I appreciate needing a key to access the building.

Gated, Modern, Quiet
Chase Courtyard, not to be confused with Chase Village (I lived there last year and it’s awful), is fantastic! It’s super clean, modern, and gated. It has all the fun amenities - gym, pool, wifi - and a great staff!

Parking is a pain
Overall the staff is pretty good at addressing issues. The main issue is parking. Each apartment only gets one spot regardless of how many residents live in the unit. Even if you pay 50 dollars for a covered spot they only give you the one spot. Parking on the street is a pain because the vehicles in the area are regularly vandalized and broken in to. I frankly suggest for that price looking somewhere else. You could do better with a 1200 dollar budget.
