I don't recommend this place if you care about cleanness

The overall experience is not that bad, but I gave 4 out of 10 because of the move-in cleaning. My unit was not cleaned at all when I moved in. It was very dirty and had trash from the previous tenant. I contacted the property manager but he did not do anything except claiming that the unit was cleaned by the cleaners. I had to clean everything by myself and was not a good experience at all.

Great value and fully furnished! the only downside is that laundry is in building and there is only 2 machines available
