Tennessee Brewery

Pretty quiet with nice amenities. By the water and a mile away from school. Not super busy around the street outside and cool gym and courtyards to enjoy.

Tennessee Brewery Review

I think the Tennessee Brewery has been a fantastic choice to live at while I attend school. The apartment itself is really nice, especially the modern kitchen and balcony that overlooks part of South Main. I also really enjoy the area as it is close to South Main/Downtown with a bunch of fun places to visit including the Arcade Restaurant, Malco Powerhouse theater, South Point Grocery (yes, a grocery store really is worth mentioning), and within a 10-minute drive to school. Additionally, it is within minutes of a walk to the Amtrak train station so train trips to New Orleans and Chicago are made that much easier. Speaking to safety, I appreciate having a parking garage and keyed access to all buildings of the complex. Overall, I highly recommend the Tennessee Brewery to any incoming grad students!
