Great Updated Apartment

My experience with the property manager was great. She was able to give me a virtual tour of the unit before I signed my lease. I’ve loved the unit and the clubhouse with the pool and fitness center. My neighbors are awesome and the complex feels very safe. They also love pets!

Very quiet, spacious apartment

I would highly recommend Kelly Highlands, particularly to pet owners. It is well managed and maintained.

Kelly Highlands Apartments Review

It is quiet, easy to study and focus. I have an attached garage which is nice for winter. Gym and pool are clean and nice.

Review

The apartment is spacious with high quality amenities. The apartment is well constructed and noise is not an issue. The management company is responsive and helpful. Any problems have been handled immediately. The apartment is located near restaurants, grocery stores, and any thing you'd need. It is 10 minutes away from campus. There is a minor pest problem.
