New Downtown/Warehouse District Apartment

This is a great new building in the Warehouse District. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a Rouses supermarket a block away. The building is 20 min walk, 5-10 minute drive to most of the main hospitals. It is on the St. Charles streetcar route. There is a small pool and rooftop lounge/grilling area.
