California Building Review

Location is very ideal, walking distance to campus. Management is very responsive and super organized. The apartments are very spacious with a modern aesthetic. Parking garage is not free, but I think that's the case with most apartments downtown.

California Building

Great location for being close to school. It is a less than 5 minute walk to school. It is close to the downtown area and Bourbon Street. That has its positives and negatives. It can be loud and sometimes dangerous at night. It can be a good place to live for the first year to get an idea of the neighborhood you would want to live in for the next three years. It is clean and new inside. Management is very attentive.
