Very acceptable

It’s kind of advertised as luxury and I would say it’s a little more on the average side. There’s signs of wear and tear. However that’s all acceptable in my opinion. I think it more that fulfills my needs. It’s very close to campus. I think the neighborhood is safe and calm, but also accessible to a lot. I just went through my first hurricane and had no issues. Power stayed on the whole time (which isn’t on the complex but still nice).
