CityWay

Cityway is a very safe place to live with wonderful amenities but it is on the more expensive side and sometimes maintenance seems to completely ignore requests and things never get fixed or take an incredibly long time.

CityWay is a great place to live. I love the location - quick walk or drive to many locations in downtown Indy. The amenities within the complex and apartments are top notch. The leasing office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are kind and I rarely have issues with noise. The only downside I’ve experienced is it sometimes takes maintenance a while to respond to issues. My AC was out over the summer and it took 1-2 months to fix. Otherwise, I love living at CityWay and would highly recommend!

My bike was stolen from the "secure" bike parking area (with a lock). They have no cameras there so I don't know why they call it secure. They told me I need to contact a third party company and were no help at all and overall rude about it. The mail/package locker is broken often and people don't pick up their packages. This makes it an ordeal to pick up any packages. Mgmt could have someone sort out the old packages (like they used to do) so it's less confusing.

Parking is expensive and the underground garage is often full so you have to park not in a spot. If you have a dog, a lot of people have not picked up their pet's waste so it just sits there. The management company should just hire someone to clean it all up so there's a blank slate. They won't even pick it up on the fake grass for some reason.

Maintenance is super nice and responsive. The property seems safe and secure. The units themselves are nice. The leasing office people are very nice and responsive until you sign the lease. Then they are rude and very much have a figure it out yourself/not my problem attitude.

tl;dr overall the property is nice and hopefully you don't have to interact with the leasing office too much.

Cityway is a great complex.

I've lived in CityWay for over a year. I like it so much that I resigned my lease for an additional 15 months. It is around 10 minutes away from campus and is located within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, Meridian Street, Fountain Square, and the monument. Most of the residents are young (20s-40s) and social. Pool parties in the summer are so much fun. The amenities are great. It is super pet friendly; you can't walk outside without seeing at least one dog, and they're all well-behaved. There is an attached parking garage which is very convenient, but it is a little pricey per month.

The two gyms (plus Pelotons), two pools, and other amenities are nice. It's in a good location that feels safe. Plenty of space outside to walk pets or just hang out nearby.

Love the apartment complex. They just added on, so some of the apartments are brand new. Walking distance to fountain square and mass ave in the summer. Great amenities with peloton bikes and two pools. They also have free resident events throughout the year i.e. make your own bouquet for valentines day, wreath for the holidays, bagel and coffee tasting etc. They also occasionally bring in wine and coffee trucks in the summer.

Great amenities, good location, very pet friendly if you have one.
