Great location, ok place

I like the apartment but had some issues with a sublease and the apartment was not very accomodating in those. There are also quite a few hidden fees such as, you have to pay to have the code changed on your door when you move in but I felt that not changing it was a safety concern.

Good Spot

This is a nice spot! Communal laundry is annoying but not devastating. Also pretty loud because it's near undergrads but I hardly notice it past 11pm.

Decent Apartment, Terrible Management

The apartment itself has improved since renovations were completed during summer 2022. The heating and cooling systems are not great. They are very old, even though Pavilion indicated that they would upgrade the heating and cooling systems. Pavilion illegally charged rent for days during renovations that tenants did not have access to their apartments. They were extremely rude in their communications before they conceded that what they had done was illegal. I highly discourage people from renting from Pavilion.

Decent place close to campus

VERY small kitchen, laundry room is free-generally easy to use laundry room, close to campus, WiFi can be quite bad.
