Good location

Apartments are nice with new appliances. Maintenance workers are dependable and responsive. Parking is VERY limited. When the complex is full, there aren't enough parking spaces for everyone. Garages are available for additional cost. Rent is expensive, especially for the square footage. However, many extra utilities are included (electric, water, cable, internet, etc.).

I love living at Summerhouse. It’s a really nice apartment and has everything you need. All utilities are included in the rent. The only con is that it is not a walkable distance to the school, so I do pay for parking each semester.

New apartment, lots of space, new appliances, utilities included in the rental. Online management of the rental. Parking lot sometimes is full, so you may have to park on the street. Gym and swimming pool on site. Good location, just 10 minutes drive to IU and 6 minutes to College Mall. Park with playground acroos the street.

Summerhouse is AMAZING. It was suggested to me by older law students who wanted to distance themselves from the noise and crowd of campus. Rent includes ALL utilities, so it is a flat rate every month, rather than a rent bill AND a utility bill. Additionally, all units come with in-unit W/D, as well as a dishwasher. My apartment is THEE apartment all my friends and colleagues come to, because it is incredible, spacious, and beautiful. The loft style of my apartment provides a unique space that is great to lounge in. I would (and already do) recommend Summerhouse to everyone I know!

Summerhouse is a fantastic apartment complex. Management is very accommodating and fair. The complex is very quiet making it a perfect place to study. The campus is about a 7 minute drive from Summerhouse but it is very easy and manageable to drive back and forth.

Spacious apartments for reasonable rent. Great management.
