VERY GOOD
The unit I rent is relatively updated. My landlord just recently decided to sell the building, however, so that is the only reason our AC was fixed after a year of my lease. The location is amazing, and I am fortunate enough to have a driveway. The laundry is located in a shed behind the house and is coin operated, one of my least favorite aspects of my housing situation.
