Blox review
The apartments are a little cramped and the electric bill can be a little expensive. But the area is relatively safe, the management is okay and it's overall quiet and tranquil. Not bad for the price.

Blox at Brightside
Quiet, chic, affordable, cozy European-like condos that are close enough to the university to be convenient and far enough away to feel distant. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping.

Apartment complex
For the price I pay my living situation is ideal. Each unit here is individually owned so you deal with a landlord for maintenance. However, apartment complex maintenance is dealt with (e.g., lawn care, gate, parking lot, pool, gym, common area). I personally had a great experience with my landlord and no issues at all. There is a bus stop directly out front of the complex that makes commuting simple. There are always parking spots available. Most of the people who live here are young families or students. Not much noise from other tenants. However, Brightside Dr is quite busy. Living towards the front of the complex (e.g., building Y) can be very loud with traffic noise. The general area is quite safe. The surrounding apartment complexes seem to be mainly students. The actual apartments are pretty old and outside might not look too appealing but for the price units are rented out for I can’t complain. Overall great experience.
