It's ok for health professionals given proximity
If you don't like commuting, this is a good fit.

Atrio
Been enjoying Atrio thus far. It is very close to Rush, which is quite convenient. The gym downstairs is definitely decent and nice to have access to. Wish there was a pool or balcony area. Not much to do in the area around IMD unfortunately, but close access to Blue and Pink lines is nice. Kitchen is definitely on the smaller side. In unit laundry is huge. Management and maintenance are very helpful. Feels generally safe. Lot of other students live here which is nice. No parking is rough though.

Great location, new building
The main reason I chose Atrio was its proximity to campus and new amenities - both have lived up to the hype for me. Living in a one bed has provided me plenty of space, and management is extremely communicative. My one grievance with Atrio is that there isn't really a neighborhood, so there aren't many restaurants/bars around; however, it is very close to West Loop, Little Italy, and right on the Blue Line at the IMD station.

Great to be close
Lots of students live here and its very close to my school's campus. Love being able to get out of bed and straight to class. I wish there was a better food scene and a pool but its not far from west loop or little Italy at all.

Atrio
I generally really like living here! It definitely doesn't have the neighborhood feel of Wicker or West Loop, but the convenience to school cannot be beat. However, it's easy to get to any neighborhood in Chicago given the Blue Line and Pink Line are easily accesible. Especially with early morning exams or EXPLORE meetings, I love being able to sleep the extra 30-45 minutes I'd otherwise spend commuting. Also, the ability to eat lunch at home everyday is amazing. Finally, the building is super clean, there's always Rush classmates around studying in common areas, and the sunlight is incredible through the big windows.

Super super super close to Rush and County. Rent includes all utilities except cable (but also who needs cable with Netflix and other subscriptions). The 3 bedroom apts have a view of the city skyline. Rooftop with skyline view and grills as well as indoor section with kitchen. Lots of study spaces.

Nice and convenient
The buidling is recently renovated and is a nice price point compared to other complexes in the area. It is very popular with other medical or health professional students because it is right across from the hospital. It on a busy street and next to the metro lines so there is always some ambient traffic noise.

Atrio
Nice building that is extremely close to campus. Gym is very nice. Rent and parking are expensive and there are likely better deals; however, I felt it was worth the extra expense to be close to campus with all amenities that I could want (most of all in unit washer/dryer). Also, the building is right on the blue line so getting into the city is very easy.
Downside: There is absolutely nothing in the area in terms of bars or dining. Taking the train or a cab is easy enough when going out, but if you don't have time for that there is a small strip-mall that has a few chain restaurants nearby.
