Woodley Park Charmer

While the building is old and has its issues, the units are very spacious and the location is great. Only 2 blocks from the metro and an easy walk to Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle and Cleveland Park. It's also conveniently located on Rock Creek Parkway so it's very easy to jump on and get downtown, to the airport or on the majors highways.
Cons: the building is old so of course we have had issues with unwanted critters. The laundry is also in the basement and only takes quarters. It seems like a silly complaint but it's $2 for a wash and $1.75 for a dry...the change adds up!
For us, the pros were greater than the cons and this spot works perfectly for our needs.
