The Azul Apartment Homes

The apartments are newly renovated, which is a huge plus. They also have very large closets. The only real issues are old appliances, occasional WiFi outages (typically during storms), and a maintenance crew that takes forever to respond to requests.

I've had a good experience at the apartment but I haven't been able to enjoy its amenities. It has been under constructions since I moved in last year so I haven't enjoyed the amenities I still have to pay for. Moreover, the price increased by a lot for next year. It is ridiculous, but it seems rent went up everywhere. For maintenance requests, they're fairly quick in responding and I haven't had a bad experience. Rooms are a little small, but i still like them.

The property is okay facilities wise and is very nice. The management has announced that next year they are getting rid of student leases and will likely raise the price and possibly get rid of the pre furnished apartments.

I am happy living here. The management is very friendly.

It is very affordable and fun to be at the connection

The apartments are nice and the staff are wonderful. However alot of the amenities are not functioning, i.e. the gate, the tanning bed, etc. However maintenance is typically quick and very helpful.

Management never replies back to emails.

The Connection is affordable, has all the proper amenities, and the staff are very friendly to residents. I wish the residents are more social though. The only downside is the distance to campus and the slow bus routes. If you have a car, you don’t have to worry. It’s a value for money.

Parking is okay, depending on how many people live in your building. Management can be really inattentive when it matters, there are lots of structural details on the property like broken steps and missing lights in area but they'll fix all the common spaces and amenities because that's what prospective residents see.

Connection are good esp on international student budget or those living on department assistantship.
