Great Location

This apartment is a great location. It is very safe. I walk alone at night with my dog. There are so many places to walk to and a great community. The building itself is nice and has great views, but the management is not very good. The rent is also pretty pricey. The rent used to be $200 less, but they have raised it a lot even on a reduced rent rate for students.

The Helm on the Allegheny

I really like living here. It is not too far of a drive to school and I rarely run into traffic. There is lots to do within walking distance. Also, the people who run it are very kind and willing to work with you. For students who meet certain qualifications, they have a rent reduction program so you aren't paying a crazy amount.
