If I could leave less than one star I would. I cannot count the ways that this property has come up short. Let's start with my first year living here when the pipes froze and burst in the winter, which of course was beyond their control. However, what was in their control was dealing with the damage in a timely manor. There was water left in the hallway for days that just kept seeping into the carpet and through the walls and floor. It was left wet and molding for multiple days so by the time someone finally got around to it the damage was done and the mold had set in (see photos of when they ripped up the carpet and all the mold was left underneath). I had to call continuously to have someone come deal with the issue and the mold as I was feeling sick (I'm highly allergic) until I threatened to bring someone in to come assess the mold damage. The moisture from the flooding caused my door to not be able to lock, which no-one came to fix for weeks despite me reporting the issue (I am a female living alone in Atlanta which made it scary to not have a door that locked, especially at night). I was the only apartment that was vacated on my floor for quite some time while they were fixing the damage from other apartments and during this time, contractors would just come randomly open my door to come in and use my bathroom (which I realized random men were in my apartment while I was out of town for a couple weeks and came back to them just opening my door and beelining for the bathroom until I came out of my room terrified with random men being in my apartment). This probably happened 10 times or so - their solution was to put a sign on my door saying call the office before coming into this apartment. I felt extremely violated and unsafe during that period of time while construction was happening. Then there was the issue of my appliances not working and no-one dealing with the issue. For around 6 months my refrigerator continued to leak all over my kitchen and produce mold under the fridge where it continued to leak. My second year living here, the pool was 'out of order' for the entire summer even though that was still included in our 'amenity fees' that we paid for. The latest idiotic blunder from this place was booting my car in the parking deck even though I live here and there were zero cars parked near my car on the top floor of the parking lot. I have been out of town for the past month tending to my sick father in the hospital and come home to be greeted with a boot on my car and a $75 fee and had to pay for an Uber on top of that to get where I needed to go. The entire place is dirty - trash everywhere, animal poop, bugs, constantly smells like weed, unsafe (cars constantly broken into, fire alarms constantly going off in the middle of the night for hours - and no way to know if it is an actual fire or not) and ultimately not an ideal place to live. I will absolutely be moving once my lease is up. Be warned that it is cheap for a reason. This place is TRASH - move anywhere else!

Living
I love it here. There aren't a lot of students, but it is a nice get away from campus and the school environment. The units are nice, cleanliness is a priority, and the leasing office is very nice.

Safe, quiet, decent gym and pool
Haven't had any issues at this apartment. Can occasionally hear upstairs neighbor. Traffic from Lindbergh area to Goizueta isn't bad at all in the morning but is heavier in the evening (takes ~25 minutes to get to campus from 6:30pm classes from Sorelle).

It's decent
Overall, it's a nice apartment with good amenities and a convenient location. My biggest concern is safety- there have been a few car break-ins and even an apartment break-in. I like the gated parking but there's very limited visitor parking, which can be a pain.

Quiet but can be better
The Sorelle has been an amazing place to live! I love the amenities. The apartments comes with free parking, microwave, washer dryer in Unit and nice shelves in the living room. Pets are allowed which is awesome, but more care should be taken regarding picking up their crap. The management is extremely helpful and quickly responds to any maintenance requests. Despite some isolated incidents, Sorelle is relatively safe. My only complaint is that I wish there was proper phone signal in the apartment. The apartments do feel a little dark at times. Overall, I have no regrets!

Nice Place
No real reason to complain, except a little noisy at times but even that is improving thanks to good management. It feels safe and the proximity to lots of good shopping, dining, and entertainment makes it ideal. Highly recommend for anyone looking!!

Great experience
So I love the Sorelle.
Security is very great with a gated parking garage and key cards needed to get through the garage as well as into each building.
The leasing office and employees are very friendly and easy to talk to.
The gym is a bit small but it gets the job done.
I love my apartment. it's very cute and chic and looks just like something I would live in. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There's a washer and dryer unit already in the apartment and very nice light fixtures.
Super convenient location as I'm 10min max from everywhere in every direction. They are building a kroger across the street. Wet willies, longhorn, chillis, chick fil a, starbucks, marshalls, etc. is walking distance or 2 min away in a car ride. I love it.

Sorelle
Overall, I think Sorelle is a great place to live. I've lived here over a year. The units are all updated with granite, double sinks in bathrooms, hardwood floors, etc. They have a decent fitness center and pool, and parking is never a problem. The buildings are walking distance to Marta, and its super convenient for 85 and 400. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and you can tell they are always striving for clean hallways, parking garage, etc. We looked all over buckhead, and this is one of the better "condo-style" buildings in the area, especially for the price.
No apartment building is perfect, and a lot of the common complaints are things that you will find in any unit in the city. Yes, the walls aren't thick enough to never hear a neighbor, but its pretty safe for the area and the staff does a great job maintaining everything. I've been happy with most everything throughout my time here.

Great location. Needs security improvements.
Great location. Nice features. Sometimes loud due to music though not all the time. Mostly safe though in need of safety improvements. They advertise cameras in their parking deck but its only at the entrance/exit. Several cars have been broken into. Kind management and helpful when you have questions.
