Nice Place to Live
The Flats at 345 have been a great place to live as a new person to Lexington. The building is new and has great amenities like a gym, a free coffee maker, a hang-out lounge, and is very clean. It also has a great building manager! I would recommend getting a 4th floor apartment if possible to avoid having upstairs neighbors. The only downside is parking is less than ideal as the parking lot fills up quickly.
