Spacious but rent is raised every year
We have good square footage, but our rent has been raised every year that we have lived here.

Quality complex and Management, Price a little higher than standard.
Great experience overall, rent is higher than what I should probably have it at, especially in the Lawrence market, but that is also in relation to personal life having a change prior to starting school.

Not bad
The apartment itself is small, especially for the price. But the property managers are on top of things. We got a new AC unit and dryer in the first month we moved in. We told them they weren't working and they had someone out within 3 days and both replaced within a week or so. Very pet friendly. No deposit required besides the pet deposit.

Clean, quiet, great management with ridiculously fast repairs
This place is a gem. Not super duper fancy, but with some furniture & decor the space is just as beautiful as those high dollar apartments in town. It’s quiet, tucked away in the middle of town (perfect location) about 3 min drive from campus, is 1 minute from a grocery store & restaurant/bar, and about 7 minutes from the hospital.
If you put in a request for repairs they will be there the same or the next day. Those guys work hard 24/7. Management is very quick to respond and easy to get along with. They upped their turn around time between tenants and let my boyfriend and I move in early as to accommodate our needs. We pay >$900 total (~$300 each) after all utilities including internet. If I had to go back I’d move here all over again.
No parties, not a lot of college students, some kiddos & they’re SUPER dog friendly. There’s a dog park & a huge field right in the middle of the complex for doggos to run around, and they have complimentary doggy bag stations around so you can clean up after them.
Other amenities. Wash/dryers on site, a pool, clubhouse with snacks and coffee during business hours, community activities, outdoor gym area, dog park, playground for kids, and probably more that I’m forgetting!!

Great property, thin walls
I love living here, it's close to a campus bus stop and the property is kept up well. The walls are fairly thin, though, so some noises are heard easily

Good place
Clean, they do maintenance quickly, there are lots of places for my dog to play or do their business and doggie bags available, plus a trail next to a stream nearby
